Here are our three major updates:

Several usability upgrades are also included. As this is a web portal release, no upgrade action is required.

1. Web Portal Visual and Navigation Upgrade

In version 1.14.2, we’ve enhanced the visual and navigational aspects of our web portal to provide a more user-friendly experience. Key improvements include:

Higher Contrast and Consistent Color Schemes: These changes make the portal more accessible and improve reading ease for all users.

Sidebar Reorganization: The sidebar has been restructured to bring the most commonly visited pages within one click of the homepage, streamlining navigation.

2. Filter and Download Cohort Performance Data

Managing learner data is now more efficient with our new filtering and downloading capabilities:

• Filter and Sort Sessions: Easily organize your learner's sessions alphabetically, by date, or duration.
• Download .csv Files: Export the filtered data into a .csv file for further analysis and reporting, enhancing your ability to track and manage performance metrics.

3. Bulk Invite Learners

Simplify the process of onboarding new learners with our bulk invite feature:

• Single Invitation for Multiple Learners: With one action, invite all next semester's learners to your UbiSim portal, eliminating the need for individual registrations.
• Streamlined User Management: Reduce the administrative burden and ensure all learners are ready to start their courses promptly.

Usability Upgrades

In addition to the major enhancements, version 1.14.2 brings several usability upgrades designed to make your experience smoother and more intuitive.

Find live sessions with one click

• We’ve made it easier to join live sessions by placing the live sessions page directly in the sidebar. Now, finding and joining running sessions is just a click away.

‘Finished Sessions’ is Now ‘Performance’

The revamped Performance page offers a clearer view of completed sessions:

• Direct Sidebar Link: Access the Performance page directly from the sidebar.
• Enhanced Sorting and Filtering: Sort performance data by any table parameter and filter by date to find the specific information you need.
• One-Click .csv Export: Easily export performance data for further analysis and reporting.

Improved User Management

User management has been reorganized for better clarity and accessibility:

• Bulk Invite Users: The new bulk invite option streamlines the process of adding users.
• Simplified Account Management: The user management page has been redesigned to make finding and editing user accounts more straightforward.

Easy Class Management

Class management is now more intuitive with a dedicated sidebar section:

• Quick Access: Find classes and manage them with just one click from the homepage.
• Enhanced Class Creation: Creating and managing classes has never been easier.

Troubleshooting

Should you experience any loading or navigation issues after our July launch, please first press Ctrl+F5 to clear your cache before reaching out to customer support. This action will likely resolve most issues by updating the cached UbiSim information in your computer’s browser.
