Gauthier is an entrepreneur and accomplished sales executive with a proven track record of leadership in management roles across China, Europe, and North America. With over a decade of experience in virtual reality and seven years specifically dedicated to healthcare simulation, Gauthier is a seasoned professional in the dynamic intersection of technology and healthcare. His entrepreneurial spirit led him to co-found UbiSim in 2017, a groundbreaking immersive VR training platform tailored for nursing education. UbiSim quickly rose as a leading force in the field of immersive VR in nursing education and was acquired by Labster in September 2021. In the midst of UbiSim's significant expansion, Gauthier has taken on the role of UbiSim Business Lead at Labster, actively enabling and supporting the team during this period of tremendous growth.

Christine Vogel is a clinical nurse, simulationist, and nurse educator who believes in the capacity of every nurse learner to realize their full potential by engaging in deliberate practice and choosing to start with the "Basic Assumption" that everyone is intelligent, capable, cares about doing their best, and wants to improve. As Lead Nurse Educator at UbiSim, Christine is actively engaged in designing, piloting, and evaluating evidence-based immersive VR simulations for nurse learners. In addition to her 25+ years in nursing, she has over a decade of experience in nursing academia where she developed, facilitated, and evaluated high-fidelity simulations in virtual reality as well as other modalities.

Marissa is an experienced nurse educator who started her career as a registered nurse in the inpatient pediatric healthcare setting. With over 10 years of practice in general pediatric healthcare, some focused on educating children and families on diabetic care, she developed an interest in nursing education. She expanded her educator role in clinical instruction and simulation, working with and mentoring nursing students. After joining UbiSim in 2021, she has taken on a role that includes designing simulations, consulting on new features and providing subject matter expertise for the UbiSim team. She is passionate about educating upcoming generations of nurses to feel better prepared for practice by using our immersive VR platform to create realistic scenarios and enjoyable learning experiences.
